This is probably the shortest law definition that I have read. Why does the MPD need a year to find and return the stolen Mini? My truck that the MPD stuck me with using was only for supplies. It has 260,000 miles and the tranny is just starting to slip. The inspection runs out next month and I will be junking the truck. I checked and the money tree in the back yard is barren. If I were a State Representative making six figures or McAdoo cop making $25 an hour this would be no problem. But my saving went for new parts for the Mini you stole, any ideas?
