Ever since OIC DiVirgilio set me up and arrested me for the attempted murder of Diane the Borough Secretary there was a new phone system installed.
It worked for a month and the nothing but busy signals for whatever department or number you press. The question is, am I being flagged by the new system or are they just stupid? Anyone else have the same problem or is it just me?
