Has anyone seen Officer Borcheck? He reminds me of the old Where's Waldo. Seriously, where did you hide him? I want my pound of flesh; I want justice. Officer Borcheck, along with DiVirgilio, stole my Mini while trespassing during an active court session. How corrupt do you have to be?
