Where's my stolen protection permit?
DiVirgilio lied to everyone

4/25/23 I worked on my Mini for a few hours as I did every day for about a month. I have a partially pinched nerve in my back and could not afford the $75 co-pay four times a week for therapy. My doctor suggested that I work on my Mini as an alternative to therapy.
Every morning I would work a few hours then take a nap in the garage while listening to the 80's. On that day I called Diane to deliver a message to the MPD since I could never reach them by phone. Then I went back to work while thinking nothing unusual had occurred.
During my nap, my Ring phone app let me know someone was at the front door. After reviewing the video, I saw a PASP SWAT team at my front door with riot shotguns pointing at my door. I immediately called the PASP and asked what's up:
Schuylkill County COM put me on a four-way conversation with MPD, PASP, COM, and myself.
DiVirgilio explained to me that he called the SWAT because I threatened the life of Borough Secretary Diane Minneci.
He went on to explain that he had to put the Borough Building on lockdown and that qualified me as a terrorist.
He explained that he called the FBI and had me placed on some FBI watch list.
He also informed me that he called the Sheriff and had my personal protection permit confiscated.
I told the PASP he was making this up and lying; they didn't believe me.
I received a summons to appear in court for what I thought was attempted murder.
I spent the entire time until trial thinking I was going to court for attempted murder.
My court-appointed lawyer refused to contact me or reply by email, or I would have known that the charges were reduced and eventually dropped.
That's a brief list of events surrounding that day. I never received my permit back despite contacting everyone multiple times; they stole my permit.
I contacted DiVirgilio and Baranko by email and explained that I felt Chief DiVirgilio to be mentally unstable and a pathological liar, and you ignored me, treating my complaint as if it were a joke.
It's important to point out that this complaint was filed before DiVirgilio was made Chief; you ignored me and without investigation made him COP anyway. You're a dangerous joke and probably amused the entire time.
I asked the Mayor and MPD several times what happened but never received a reply; after all, MPD doesn't consider communication as part of their job description.
I want my permit returned, expired or not!
