On 4/25/23 OIC DiVirgilio placed a warrant out for my arrest as a terrorist for the attempted murder of the McAdoo Bourgh Secretary, complete with a PA State Police Swat team sent to my home.
Trust me, it never happened and had they bothered to contact me, a five-minute phone call would have answered any questions.
DiVirgilio chose the road that caused maximum damage to what was once a man without a criminal record. Now at 68 I had bail hearing and my first mug shot. So far no one has contacted me over this. Ignore the old man on a fixed income that cannot afford a lawyer and it will all fade away….
