Every decision made by this evil little man, or directive given to Chief DiVirgilio without the input of the McAdoo Borough Council, is illegal. Did Solicitor Baranko support this? I find it hard to believe that a 40-year-old veteran of the law was ignorant or just foolish.
McAdoo Borough Council needs to grow a pair and pull DiVirgilios head out from the Mayors ass, sanitize the man then prop him up before Borough Council to answer for his transgressions.
