While keeping busy at night working on my new prepping interest, I pulled the finished go-bag out of the closet to make some adjustments. What I could not find was the second most important item, fire starters.
While working on the bag and blog I forgot to add a fire starter. That means I would have grabbed the bag and fled only to eventually take five and enjoy a cup of coffee. Instead of a roaring fire I am now forced trying to rub two sticks together like a cave man.
Always check twice and have a backup.
