Things that make you go hmmm

Normally, when I look at the criminal docket filed against me by the MPD, I see the Commonwealth vs. Dreyer at the top, followed by the charges.

I just noticed that the Schuylkill County DA is listed as the lawyer for the prosecution, along with my court-appointed lawyer.

I contacted this office on three separate occasions to file a complaint. Part of that complaint revolves around Northern Keystone Towing stealing my car during the active court proceedings with the Honorable Tarantelli.

It was my belief that the MPD used this court as cover to keep me occupied and distracted from the Grand Theft Auto underway, in fact implicating this court and the Schuylkill County DA in a felony.

Why was I never informed, and shouldn't my complaint by default have been directed to the PA DA or the FBI?

Is this the reason that I have been allowed to suffer for over 800 days and why this is seemingly going nowhere?
