There will be no reveal because the letter from Baranko is the same bullshit, reaffirming that there is nothing wrong with his actions. I would store the letter in the bathroom to wipe my ass but unfortunately, it's useless for this as well.
I have tried to reason with McAdoo Borough Council but it is pointless. I need to stop treating them as adults and more like children.

I have tried to make this as simple as possible so that any mentally challenged person on McAdoo Council can understand. Of course, there is another explanation. The other explanation is that McAdoo Borough Council is guilty of obstruction of justice; there's not a whole lot of choices.
