Do seniors have civil rights, how would we know?

Another hearing where the men and women in blue get to voice their concerns. I firmly believe our law enforcement should have every tool at their disposal to effectively do their job and come home safe at the end of the day. Personally, I think we've more than covered this topic in Schuylkill County.
Why do I never see a hearing on Senior Civil Rights? Do we have senior civil rights in Schuylkill County? How would we know? Does law enforcement have a responsibility to keep an open dialogue when civil rights are questioned? Why are they allowed to turn into some covert agency, never needing to respond openly?
For the inexperienced senior, allow me to share the proper legal channel to start your horrific journey into your civil rights that took me a year just to pry out of our government:
Contact your Schuylkill County DA
They are responsible for triage of your civil rights complaints. The only way to reach your PA District Attorney is through them.
The only way to have a chance of your complaints reaching the FBI is through a PA DA invite.
The frustration in all of this is if your complaint reaches the level of an investigation, these various agencies are allowed to go covert during an investigation. How do you know if your complaint was received and taken seriously? You don't.
You could go to your State Representative for guidance; good luck with that road unless it's paved with campaign contributions.
