Tarentelli court flashback
Leg humping

Last night, I had a flashback of my court appearance at the Honorable Edward Tarentelli's court the day my Mini was stolen.
I remember sitting on the bench and watching MPD DiVirgilio and Borcheck, for lack of a better description, getting off on photos that were sent to Borcheck's phone. It was embarrassing to watch and reminded me of school girls sharing inappropriate pictures. At one point, I remember thinking if Borcheck starts humping DiVirgilio's leg, I’m waiting outside.
At the time, I had no idea that the photos and video depicted the theft of my Mini. Not only was this court used by MPD to steal my Mini, they were receiving updates in real time.
The photo above is of the flatbed operator responsible for ripping my Mini from its jack stands and relaying the theft in real time while we were still in court. I asked Northern Keystone Towing for a copy, and they refused. I also asked MPD for a copy and received no response. I filed a RTKL request but was informed that items like bodycam footage and police photos are exempt.
The photo below is of my Mini on the same flatbed, entered as a float in the McAdoo Halloween Parade.
