Scuba Steve

I just had a post saying that my grub stake is complete, which is not entirely true. While researching my new adventure, snorkeling for gold kept coming up.
Because of my pinched nerve, I had to give up hunting and fly fishing, not wanting to be alone in a remote stream in case my legs gave out. The idea of gold just sitting underwater, untouched like during the original gold rush, leaves room for a little ingenuity.
While on Amazon, I came across an ad for a mask and snorkeling combo for 75% off, so I figured, what the hell. The plan is to limit my prospecting to warm water, waste-deep, using the mask for a quick look for gold nuggets and Indian artifacts.
The one thing I discovered is that youโre never done collecting your grub stake, just like guys never grow up; the toys keep getting more expensive. Iโll post a link to my new adventure and a few videos, plus check back in a few months to see Scuba Steve in action.
In the video link, the sniper talks about bear protection. There are numerous devices, from air horns to bear spray. I am familiar with black bears, but not with Grizzly Bears. I found a video that demonstrates the size of a big bear. When you go on Amazon to pick your bear protection of choice, keep this video in mind: put it all back on the shelf and bring your 10mm Glock loaded with 16 rounds that will get the bear's attention better than a horn.
