Yep still working with my Muscle Booster app and still loving it. After a few days I noticed the big red muscles in the diagram, what can I say I'm a guy and we tend to do and read later.

What I like about this workout is you can taylor the exercise or stretch to your own needs or level. This particular exercise puts a strain on my healing back so I did my old fart version. While working this app I started to wonder how far to take the abuse. Hint, the bright red highlighted muscle group is a give away. So instead of doing air exercises I stretched untilI I felt a slight burn in the highlighted muscle group, da.
