On my home page, I have the 14th Amendment. It states that we all have equal rights. Nowhere does it say except for Schuylkill County, MPD, Chief of Police, or Mayor. The perversion of the law is obvious and profound. Is there any reason why the working-class burger flippers are bound by this law while the special people of Schuylkill County can disregard this law without consequences?
