Northern Keystone Towing thinks this is a joke. Allow me to introduce the owner of this predatory towing company, Nicholas Boyle. This is a man who pressed charges against an employee for stealing a carton of cigarettes with a company credit card but feels comfortable stealing from and harassing a 71-year-old disabled senior citizen.
Enjoy the clip of Representative Watro kissing up to this man while admitting all he knows of him is that he has a business in his district. The only other fact he is aware of is that Boyle has shoved thousands into Watro's pocket.
Strangely, there is no mention of Keystone Towing, which happens to also be located in Schuylkill County.
