Evidently, I am an asshole for not understanding how its ok to steal a car and not return it because the bill isn’t paid.
The amount of accepted corruption in Schuylkill County gives me a brain freeze to the point that it hurts. I can’t wait until the day I get to move from this county where the good old boys and hicks make up their own laws and the PASP enforce them.
The very bottom line to all of this is that Schuylkill County government would arrest a common taxpayer in a heart beat for this but they will take years to arrest a few of their own.
Not paying for a stolen car, I grew up in this country always believing that was called extortion. What do I know, just an old man.
What bill? I never received a bill, I had to hunt my car down and this was the first communication in over a year to give me clue it was still there. What an asshole!
