While checking on police using personal cell phones, I did run across several legal views on videotaping police.

There is little doubt how I feel about the MPD. Until this is sorted out, I would recommend videotaping OIC DiVirgilio but do so without interfering with the investigation. Also, don’t be a dumb ass and forget to point the camera.
