No 4th of July for me
No independence in Schuylkill County

Out of curiosity I did a search of why we celebrate the 4th, "It marks the day the Decleration of Independence was adopted (July4, 1776) and the United States officially became its own nation".
It’s hard to forget the Decleration of Independence, it's hanging on the wall in back of McAdoo Borough Council. "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by thier Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
The key word is "unalienable", definition: "...impossible to take away". Unfortunately I can't celebrate a holiday based on a document that McAdoo and Schuylkill County have trashed.
Grand theft auto is a simple and uncomplicated law, if you posess a car without the owner's permission it's theft. All the minions in Schuylkill County celebrating the 4th if they stole a car would have been arraigned, prosecuted and incarcerated within 48 hours and the car in question returned.
My car was stolen by MPD end of story. I received no communication from anyone from day one where my car was, copy of court order that allowed trasspassing. My attempts to report my car stolen were ignored. My attempts to have Schuylkill County engage in justice fell on deaf ears. I was given no bill or explanation just the occasional glimps as your Chief displayed his trophy during the McAdoo Halloween parade.
MPD and all of McAdoo should be embarrassed for celebrating this holiday. What was done to me was criminal and I hope this town wears the stench for years. The way your Chief makes a mockery of this exemplifies his contempt for justice, this is who your new Chief is and honestly that scares the hell out of me. This is why I am leaving McAdoo.
