If the pills you are packing outweigh the food, it might be time to talk to your doctor. Realistically you can’t pack all your pills for an extended time away. Some pills are needed like my high blood pressure pills while others require you to wean off the drug. Bottom line is you should mention this to your doctor at some point. Besides prescriptions there are over the counter pills like aspirin or allergy meds. Amazon has many sealed small containers for this, just make sure the container has an “O” ring for sealing, or you might end up with a useless pill milkshake.
