Mr. Nicholas Boyle

I recently submitted to Solicitor Baranko an offer for an out-of-court settlement. I also asked for restraining orders to be placed against Chief DiVirgilio, Constable Borcheck, Diane Minneci, and Nicholas Boyle.

Some may or may not understand my reasoning to protect my safety, but why Boyle? Since I have never psychologically met him, allow me to explain.

Chief DiVirgilio stole my personal protection permit that I earned and was slightly proud to own. It was never returned, and the Schuylkill County Sheriff refused to contact me and explain why. Evidently, if you kiss enough politicians' ass and shove the required campaign contribution, you too can own automatic and suppressed weapons.
