MPD illegal tickets

I have made this request numerous times in the past that the tickets issued by Chief DiVirgilio were illegal. The 72-hour format is in direct violation of the fees outlined in the McAdoo Quality Of Life Ordinance.

Originally I posted this over the years without a reply wondering why not one McAdoo resident also complained, maybe the residents enjoy extortion.

The thought occurred to me that the reason for no complaints had to do with these tickets being reserved just for me to further MPD harrassment by extortion.
