McAdoo Lions Club part two

Now I keep seeing this Lions Club member constantly with Borchick, loaded with medals no doubt. Things that make you go hmmm, isn't that the passenger in the Northern Keystone Towing truck entered in the 2024 Halloween Parade? Another Lions Club member connected to my stolen Mini.

Unfortunately, the mirror is blocking the driver, but those pudgy fingers sure look like Constable Borchick. Not only is this looking more like organized crime, but doesn't that qualify as an accessory to Grand Theft Auto? No worries, there's probably an award for this.
