McAdoo corruption

I have been complaining about the use of illegal tickets for almost two years. During that time the MPD informed me that they are not required to speak or explain anything to me. Contacted the mayor and borough council and they all refused to respond.

This also goes for every McAdoo resident, I have an email dedicated to this website and have not received one reply despite a healthy traffic to this site. Unfortunately many have just given up expressing indignation over the way McAdoo is governed. Whatever happened to common sense?

I received many of these illegal tickets. OIC DiVirgilio issued me one citation for not working during a heatwave issued by our government and cleaning a small organized pile of construction debris. The heat wave lasted for two days and it rained on the third, on the fourth day I found another ticket issued for the next tier amount. This was a spite ticket issued one day after I contacted MPD to file a complaint.

The fee structure is listed in the Quality of Life contract along with the "jack stand" law. For the record not one officer bothered to explain that this was an actual law within the Quality of Life. Yes, McAdoo is allowed to change its laws but it must be amended legally. I asked Diane and this contract has no amendments.

Now let's talk McAdoo Council ethics, the right thing to do would be to void all illegal tickets and refund the money. Hopefully there will be no law suits but that will never happen with McAdoo's take the money and run mandate.

For the record McAdoo Mayor Vilcheck is ultimately responsible for the cluster fuck we call the MPD. Did Vilcheck just try to terminate a handicapped senior by forcing him to work during a heat advisory? I could ask his buddy Watro but our Rep feels that contacting me is above his pay grade plus I failed to contribute $2,000 to Watro's campaign.

Maybe Watro and Argall aka Batman and Robin could feature another senior abuse seminar on how we protect ourselves from Schuylkill County government.
