McAdoo Borough Council stole my Civil Rights

and nobody gives a shit

How can a country that celebrates human rights and equal rights for all spawn a lawless council that resembles a banana republic rather than a nation of constitutional law with equal rights for all?

I'm thoroughly confused. I accused DiVirgilio and Borcheck of Grand Theft Auto and criminal trespass. I also accused them and Minneci of forging tickets that I still continue to pay for.

This is the confusing part. Obviously, the charges filed do not warrant action by McAdoo Borough Council. Stealing, theft, and lying are acceptable, and I'm assuming this is a tier 1 event of corruption requiring all council members to crawl back under their respective rocks.

What happens if a new complaint, like child molestation or murder, comes before McAdoo Council? Do they allow this to move forward and contact the DA, maybe elevating the threat level to a new actionable tier? The question is, why is McAdoo Council acting like they are in control instead of my judicial system in place in Schuylkill County?

As it stands, the myriad of small-town police departments that dot Schuylkill County answer to no one. Let that sink in. My last bout of futility while trying to have closure was with the FBI. I filed complaint #123 with the FBI requesting an investigation into MPD corruption. This time, I was directed to a female agent who scolded me for reporting this too many times and that I should contact Internal Affairs. Here's another one that requires time to sink in: I just explained that the McAdoo police force consists of one chief and another officer, if they can find one they can control, and a burnt-out corrupt mayor. What part of that complaint suggested that McAdoo has an Internal Affairs Department? Burger flippers and seniors have no justice in Schuylkill County.

Currently, I am a little under the weather but will be starting the whole process all over again by drafting a letter to the Schuylkill County DA.
