McAdoo Borough Council, I am requesting that Chief DiVirgilio be placed on administrative leave while under investigation.
No, I will not enter my request at the next Council meeting; don’t ask. Enforce the leave or not; it is entirely up to the ethics of the Council.
The reason why I post my request is due to Solicitor Baranko warning me never to contact Council without legal representation.
