Look at these 70 year old guns
Its only a number

This is an untouched photo of J.K. Simmons training at 70. I might not ever have a six-pack or seven-pack because of my hernia, but I'm betting I can get my guns back.
Yes, I still do my Muscle Builder App every day to stay limber, but once I hit the gym, that’s my goal. Still no processed foods, and I'm taking my morning health shake.
One of my goals is to strengthen my lower back, which seems to protect my sciatic nerve. A few months ago, after letting myself go, my nerve got pinched, and I spent two days crawling around on the floor like a dog. My GS thought it was great, but I will never again allow myself to fall victim to depression.
My last BP was 138/90. While that’s not comparable to a twenty-year-old, I'll take it; any improvement at 70 is a step toward a long and adventurous retirement. Considering my initial BP was something like 179/95, part of that high systolic was due to using the cuff wrong. I now need to work on lowering the bottom number; first, I’ll try some supplements.
