Law enforcement
Little less cloak and dagger

I managed to actually sleep for a while; not an easy task with a pee bag strapped to your leg. When I opened my tablet, I was immediately flooded with the Kirk shooter investigation.
My first reaction when it first happened was that it was a professional hitman, but that's obviously not the case. The fact he shot a chunk out of the neck means he missed his center mass kill shot. Then I watched the video and heard the rifle crack, only to read that they used a .30-06 caliber rifle. Any PA hunter will tell you there’s a difference in sound that a round makes; a crack is usually from a .223, while large calibers make a boom.
Then I listened to mounds of evidence gathered, including 3D mapping of a wooded lot and even an a knee print in some gravel. Then I saw this photo: the shooter is not wearing gloves, seriously?
I seriously doubt the FBI needs our help on this one, and the only conclusion I come to is that they are stalling for time.
I understand the need to preserve the integrity of the investigation for when it eventually ends up in court, but there needs to be common ground with law enforcement that separates us from every police state across the globe.
This is the same frustration in the blackout concerning my requested investigation into police abuse. You ask for the public's help yet treat us like idiots. I’m not saying we should have access to all intelligence, but there needs to be some transparency to promote public trust; we’re not idiots, and you’re not God. Let’s work together.
