It staggers the imagination the amount of time and energy required to get Schuylkill County to investigate crimes within itself. There is a meme on YouTube called "....it was at that time that he knew that he fucked up".
Attorney Baranko keeps referring to the separation of MPD from the council. I believe this to be illegal and just a policy designed to ignore responsibility.
