Illegal tickets

The tickets the MPD are issuing are illegal. I have covered this in past websites but local residents are obviously idiots because nobody gives a shit.
The structure for tickets and fines are covered by the Quality of Life Ordinance. Currently the MPD scam is to charge the next tier of fines every 72 hours, that is illegal and not what we voted for.
I was going to fight this in court but they stole my car so I lost by default.
