I stole your car and made you suffer for two years

I discovered this photo yesterday and only had a photo with no date. In my mind, while desperately trying to hold onto some semblance of civil values left in my community, I convinced myself that this photo was dated pre-Mini Cooper theft.

Unfortunately, smiley Borchick, the fired and disgraced Officer 86, was posing with Judge Tarantelli recently. I am at a loss for words, but the child-like grin on his face says enough.
