Never did it feel awkward or abusive despite losing every time I see this man. It’s not the judge's fault I failed to present my case.

First, there is no way he would subject himself to a photo with a possible felony under investigation. Second, he would be extremely upset to find out that Smiley implicated his court while committing a felony.

Maybe I've set the bar too low, and the PA AG and FBI are actually investigating my allegations. Great, I think, but how does this affect an old man trying to get his car back, or any vehicle, so that I can flee Schuylkill County?
