Frackville connection

Since this harassment first started with MPD I have avoided any comments about the honorable Judge Tarantelli of Frackville, mainly because I don’t have a death wish and enough problems.

I have also made mention that I am not the sharpest tool in the shed but at some point, his court is involved, the question is voluntary or involuntary, allow me to explain.

Here are the facts, the piece of shit from McAdoo that stole my Mini is reportedly from Frackville. The junk yard that my Mini was towed to is in Frackville, obviously we don’t have tow trucks in McAdoo. The PASP that have business dealings with Northern Keystone Towing are from Frackville. The Judge that presides over the case is from Frackville and has a long history in law enforcement before becoming a judge.

While searching the internet for a photo I found this article, Butler Township police chief announces candidacy for district judge | Election | republicanherald.com . “Tarantelli said he has been able to serve the area as a police officer with the Butler Township Police Department since 1997, including the last 19 years as chief, and has firsthand experience investigating a wide variety of complaints and crimes.

“I have been recognized and testified as an expert witness in narcotic investigations in the Common Pleas Court of Schuylkill County,” he said.

Tarantelli is a member of the Schuylkill County Chiefs of Police Association and the North Schuylkill Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No. 25.

“I believe law enforcement and courtroom experience are important now more than ever,” Tarantelli said. “I would love to extend my knowledge of the law to the greater community through the role of magisterial district judge.”

My Mini was stolen while I was forced to attend a bail hearing in front of Tarantelli. MPD seized that opportunity to have my Mini stolen and on the road headed to Frackville while court was in session, without telling me or my attorney. I have always assumed that the Honorable Judge Tarantelli was unaware that his court was used as a command center for Grand Theft Auto, am I being naive?
