I will be 70 this August and I am old enough to remeber a time in this country when a handshake was equal to a signed contract, those days are long gone. I am also a handicapped, disabled senior citizen, aka poor. With no money for a lawyer you have to work with what you have and became creative just for survival to live in McAdoo.

I wish that I had a dollar for every time a government official bullshit me or flat out lied. The best piece of advice that I could give abused McAdoo taxpayers is to get it in writing. While in Frackville court the judge informed me that he only accepts written word as legal evidence. That means you can throw the phone recordings, audio and video in the trash.

Enclosed are portions of my email to Northern Keystone Towing while hunting down my car, I was never contacted. There is a wedge of property owned my McAdoo Borough just feet from my garage. Why order that my Mini be towed 40 miles away?

This was premeditated trespassing and grand theft auto. As I read this email they confess that MPD had conspired to steal my car since day one. Why has it taken two years for the return of my Mini and punishment for the car thieves?

"The car is in our Frackville location due to us getting the order to drop at this location"
