Sleep securely at night knowing Chief DiVirgilio is tackling McAdoo blight for Rep Watro. Under that pine tree buried under pine needles, this investigative professional found a small rusted brake rotor buried under pine needles and took immediate decisive action by issuing me an infamous 72-hour ticket.
Since I had no way to make the trip to Frackville, I had to allow the 72-hour ticket to expire, along with the next two, and take the loss by default, resulting in several hundred dollars in fines. Truth be told, I purposely placed the rotor there because I heard the iron leaching into the ground was healthy for the tree.
Unfortunately, I was no match for his keen eye and HD court photos.
