Difficult to find the words to describe this cluster fuck

Finally after two years I might have found the right government employee to help me but as usual I need to contact someone else from the provided PADA link. Since day one I have reached out to my Representative Watro for help.

I don't want Watro to represent me legally I simply request he do the job he was elected for. I believe the prime directive of any State Representative is to help the constituent navigate a complex government, save the extra projects like cursive writing for when you are caught up on your obligations.

Unfortunately I believe the stonewalling for two years as deliberate after being elected McAdoo Mayor before becoming a State Representative. I believe he hired the officer that stole my car and feel that I have been discriminated against helping this "problem" go through the proper government channels.

I contacted Representative Watro's office but so far they have refused to reply leaving me with little options but to file discrimination charges against Representative Watro.
