Dear Schuylkill County DA

Chief DiVirgilio called the PASP to report me as a terrorist for the attempted murder of the McAdoo Borough Secretary. I was napping in my garage and missed the show.

When I got up and realized what had happened after checking my doorbell camera, I immediately called the PASP, and without my request, the Comm Center added DiVirgilio to the four-way chat. In the recorded conversation, DiVirgilio was filing a false report. He blatantly lied to the SP and informed me that he revoked my Protection Permit and called the FBI to have me placed on the terrorist watch list.

I contacted DiVirgilio later for a copy of the conversation and, with an evil smile, informed me that they probably no longer have it.

Do I believe DiVirgilio is guilty of all accusations leveled against him? I don't believe malice played a role; he is too stupid to come up with all of this, plus I don't think he gives a shit about anybody but Chief DiVirgilio.

In my opinion, he had a handler: Mayor Benard Vilceck and possibly Rep Watro, but since he ignores me, it's difficult to say.

Why? It's hard to say. The people from coal country hate forever. It could have been the DEP banner on my home or maybe I dated his wife in Jr. High. In McAdoo, it's difficult to say, just speculation.
