When you are done with the police harassment and, hopefully, an investigation, inform your corrupt Mayor that I am requesting a Vacate of Judgment from all fraudulent tickets, just for starters.

Fun fact: DiVirgilio issued one ticket during a statewide heat emergency. Obviously, DiVirgilio felt it more important to remove a small pile of construction debris than to consider the life of a handicapped senior citizen.
