Chief DiVirgilio pathological liar

I have repeatedly reported on the lies told by this man, both in and out of court, for 800 days. Even the pompous ass Nicholas Boyle repeats these lies as if he were there; it's all hearsay.

Allow one person who was actually there to clear the air on the infamous two-week rule.

Most of my trial consisted of me being told to shut up while my court-appointed lawyer played legal poker behind closed doors with my life. I'll raise you one Public Nuisance charge for whatever the trade-off was.

After they were done with the Judge, and while his secretary was drawing up the final fines and paperwork, we all gathered around in a circle in the lobby, far removed from the Honorable Tarantelli, think football huddle.

The point was to come to an agreement on the MPD towing my Mini from my driveway. The two-week time frame was created by OIC DiVirgilio and my public defender. My response, as I looked each individual in the eye, was, "I would be in agreement, providing no one trespassed on my personal property". Then everyone mentally clapped out of the huddle and went home.

Whether DiVirgilio forgot the actual truth of this agreement or is flat-out lying is up to a psychologist; my humble diagnosis is that he lies to the point he has lost track of reality.

The point is, this citizen is not an idiot, ready to give away his civil rights. You want to trespass? Get a warrant.

This is the one point that I try to leave any of my neighbors following my blog: get it in writing or have a hard copy.
