I finally found some old emails from Nick 😀. First, only a portion of PA tow laws was violated. There is also evidence that proves Northern Keystone Towing never had a valid license at the time of the tow.

There is little doubt in my mind that this was a conspiracy between Northern, Boyle, Mckinley, DiVirgilio and Borchick to deprive me of my Mini for harassment.
