Borcheck

On the left of this photo is the Honorable Edward Tarentelli, in whose court I have appeared. In all honesty, I believe him to be a good and honorable judge, but clueless.

On the right is Constable Borcheck, who wears many hats in McAdoo, one of which is serving as an officer of the court.

Every time I see this photo, I am still filled with anger and disappointment. Officer Borcheck, did you tell your buddy that you threatened me in his courtroom?

The last time I appeared in his courtroom, I was quietly sitting by myself on a bench, with thousands in fines, staring at the floor, with Officer Borcheck at the far end.

Borcheck gets up, waddles over to me, sits down next to me, and with an evil grin says, "Now we will leave you alone for a while."

What does "for a while" mean? Sounds like a treat and premeditated police harassment. In all honesty, before I was upset, the first thing that ran through my mind was how comfortable this degenerate was in threatening me, not a care in the world, and from the photo, it's easy to see why.
