In the past post, I mentioned car thief Borcheck but failed to mention the rest of the criminals that took an active part in my Mini's theft.
The individual in the photo is McKinley Spencer and drives for Northern Keystone Towing. Northern flew down the interstate from Frackville to take the hook in the photo, attach it to my Mini, and ripped it off the jack stands while trespassing on private property.
Before I continue, can anyone answer why the MPD hired a tow company from 30 miles away? What, did Hazleton run out of tow trucks? There was no bill, business card, fee structure, or location of my vehicle. I asked the MPD continuously for the location until months passed when the McAdoo Borough Secretary told me on the down-low where my Mini was located. The email was the first response.
The only reason this is still ongoing is that the thieves were cops; Northern has a cozy relationship with the PASP and feels untouchable. It is also worth mentioning that eventually the owner mailed me a photo of my Mini, clearly showing the theft of my new driver's side front end.
There also seems to be some confusion of what was discussed in court when given my time frame. Picture all parties in a circle like a football huddle. Everyone had thier say and I added that I would be in agreement only if there was no trespassing.
You my wonder how I can remember exactly what was said was because when I spoke it was the first time that I was allowed to complete a sentence, these things stand out.
