I have tried for years to contact our phantom Mayor with zero results. The amount of time wasted boggles the imagination. In all honesty, Mayor Vilcheck appears to work and hide in the shadows with no direct link for contact. The only time that I see this man is when he comes out to kiss ass with his handler, Watro.

I eventually stopped trying to contact Mayor Vilcheck after OIC DiVirgilio informed me that neither he nor the Mayor are required to communicate with me.

You are well aware of this but continually brush off any responsibility for answering my questions by diverting my question to Vilcheck, knowing he'll never answer.

WTF, are you corrupt or just stupid? Please stop telling me to contact our phantom Mayor.
