OIC DiVirgilio filed a false report to the PA State Police, Schuylkill County Sherriff and probably the FBI Terrorist Task Force. It was all a lie. By Officer Dumb Ass own admission, he had to lock down the McAdoo Borough Building because of the McAdoo Terrorist.
According to this law he is guilty of third-degree misdemeanor and probably more. Interesting point about McAdoo justice, if I dispose of a brake rotor in the yard and don’t follow the rules there is a warrant out for my arrest. This dirty cop can lie while causing a lock down and nothing.
