I recently discovered that Nicholas Boyle, as owner of Northern Keystone Towing, is suing the Mahoney PD for violations found in the 14th Amendment.
I forgot we had a 14th Amendment, so I posted the entire amendment. My first thought was, if we had to draw one up today in our bloated government, could we possibly create such a concise and timely document that wouldn’t require a forklift to transport?
What say you, Boyle? Do you think screwing a 70-year-old handicapped senior for two years would be your vision of "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws"?
