Check BP the same way each time

I don’t expect anyone to be interested in my daily blood pressure, but if it helps me keep track. Consistency is the key; mine for now on is 30 minutes after working out, sitting in a chair with my hand at about 7 o'clock.

The elevated heart rate is leftover from my workout. Tonight, I accomplished 3 perfect prone push-ups. There is one exercise where you balance on one foot and bring the other leg to your chest. My first attempt at this was comical and depressing. It occurred to me that tonight there was no wobbling, and I’ll take that as a win.
