The facts

It occurred to me that what happened with my Mini and the MPD might be confusing since it's my car and I don't have a clue:

The video of my conversation with OIC DiVirgilio shows the minute I came home from court, I found no paper work, no bill or indication of who stole my car. The only clue as to what happened was this officers admission that he and the mayor both read my letter asking for extra time but ignored the request while allowing me to continue the work in plain view of the MPD. I view this as entrapment.

I then spent months trying to locate my car while hundreds of calls to the MPD were ignored, finally the secretary broke rank and told me that Northern Keystone Towing in Frackville had my car. I contacted them but they refused to release my car or offer a bill. The email with Northern is in the mail room on this site.

I then contacted every government agency including the PASP five times only to find out noone reported my car as stolen. I later received one email from the owner refusing to release my stolen property because I "sought council" whatever that means? He then emailed me a list of 10 commandments for negotiation rules , I shit you not and disappeared with my car only to resurface along with the MPD by entering my stolen car inthe McAdoo Haloween Parade.

Is there an investigation? I had the PAAG send me a letter telling me that the Schuylkill County DA was investigating and they would not investigate due to the redundancy. I spoke one time with a Schuylkill County detective.

Ironically the people and government agencies investigating are known to the criminals but I am the last to know. Just more McAdoo and Schuylkill County corruption.

Then this piece of shit started to strip my new parts from the car and took offense because I referenced his operations as a chop shop. The icing on the cake was when he applied to PENNDOT for a reconstructed title while our PASP could find no evidence of corruption within thier ranks?
