WARNING: I AM GOING TO TALK ABOUT GUNS- DO NOT CALL THE PA SWAT
Working on this blog and my new prepping interest helps keep me sane, plus it beats watching car crashes on You Tube. I started vac sealing some of the store-bought items for a longer self-life. I screwed up one bag and was left with an expensive short bag, perfect for some ammo love. I decided rather than purchase a second clip for my .380 that I keep in my go bag, it would be cheaper and lighter to just vac-seal a few bullets. The red one you see is a practice round.
I wasn’t going to post this because evidently guns and ammo are no longer tolerated in McAdoo, God I miss Trump. Truth be told that I am probably the whitest person living in McAdoo, my father was 100% German, and my mother was Scottish, and their parents immigrated to the USA from Ellis Island. They did not sneak into the country to drain the reserves but became citizens legally. This means if stereo types hold true that I am frugal and extremely stubborn 😊. There was a time in McAdoo during the 80’s that this was a fun and pleasant community. Within the corner of Blaine and Kennedy were six bars. All the surrounding patch towns that had bars also had a big crowd and deer pools during the season, all gone now. Yep, there was the occasional drunk stumbling home, but they bothered no one.
Now in place of the bars all I see are hoagie shops, looks like we traded the drunks for obese kids and parents.
Back on point, it would be a good idea to vac-seal your ammo for the go bag since it hopefully will sit in the closet for years.
