In my last post I covered the battle gear of the MPD. For those that are wondering why this is a big deal, at least the events are on record. Yes they are but not for you.

I tried to get the recording of the events when OIC DiVirgilio was outside my front door with the PASP SWAT announcing for me to come out. First I asked the mayor for a copy and was ignored. Then I filed a RTKL request, DiVirgilio refused so I filed a complaint. My ruling stated that release of the recording is at the discretion of the arresting officer without a court order.

Let's talk court orders, I petitioned the court for the Comm center to release the taped conversation were OIC DiVirgilio openly admitted that I was being hunted down for threatening to murder the borough secretary. I was denied three times because I filed the wrong format. My complaint is my civil rights should not be dependent on my ability to afford a $300hr lawyer. There should be a generic form for this simple request.

The bottom line is all the evidence that proves your innocence is at the arresting officers discretion and his ethics as to how or what is preserved. What are the odds my 100 calls inquiring/begging for info on my stolen Mini are still on record. Does anyone believe my terrorist hunt is still on file?
